Role
My role as the Senior Project Manager was to manage all digital content production of brand sponsored content for online publication, across multiple platforms. From 2016-2019 I ran a series of campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, as well as branded content for Shoprite and Massmart. As the sole Senior Project Manager, my role was to manage all campaign work and new product/brand content generated for specific projects, partnerships & sponsorships. I managed all projects from start to finish. This entailed:
-Managing the client brief: From concept creation and scoping
-Client sign off of cost estimation & projected project timeline
-Agency and Client Review & Reverts
-Project completion, with partner-agency approvals
-Final delivery of assets to all agencies, media partners and MBSA
-Client reporting & cost conciliation.
The agency together with its many media agency partners went on to win global awards for the campaigns generated over this period.

Ginkgo Agency, was Mercedes-Benz's boutique content agency, delivering bespoke branded narrative content such as Beautiful News, (distributed out-of-home on digital billboards and originally on News24 and all local major airlines). Ginkgo also developed a series of original digital campaign material alongside Mercedes-Benz' partner agencies from 2012-2020.
