As the dedicated Project Manager, I ran a very important 6 month project for Ecolab’s Institutional division. The project entailed conducting an audit of a chemical plant based in Johannesburg, working with teams across divisions in Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Sales and reporting to Senior Leadership. The project had many complexities and stakeholders to manage on a daily basis, with data analysis being the key driver in making critical decisions in order to meet the desired outcome. The data generated over the course of the project ultimately meant the company would be able to make a substantial saving in annual profit margin.
