Heineken Beverages HR ERP Deployment in 11 Markets

From July 2024 to March 2025 I programme & project managed this complex Enterprise Resource Planning system across 11 markets with an aggressive timeline. The project entailed working closely with tech teams based in Amsterdam, coordinating activities with local HR functions (Talent, Reward, COE, Systems, Business Partners, Payroll, Data Specialists) and D&T representatives across divisions to achieve seamless data migration between systems and rolling out Change Management activities to Kenya, Angola, Zambia, eSwatini, Tanzania, Botswana, Germany, Brazil, UK, Denmark and India. Change Management was a crucial element of the project to ensure a target of 95% adoption across markets. This metric was met & sustained by carefully planning communication strategies (including a custom launch campaign) together with planning internal marketing strategies, working with in-market BPs to implement content plans and optimising L&D key initiatives. Ongoing data measurement drove the success and adapted steering of communication and L&D initiatives.

Heineken Beverages International, Contract: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment of HR system "MyHR"

Heineken Beverages International - one of the leading beverage manufacturers in the world, started the deployment of a new HR system from early 2023 called MyHR. The programme, starting with a deployment in South Africa, Namibia and the Netherlands in 2023, escalated operational roll out to the UK, Brazil, India, Germany, eSwatini, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Tanzania, Angola and its largest market- Kenya in 2024. 2025 saw the change management adoption roll out , set with a target of 95% within its first quarter. This target was met, over and above the 95%.
