Role
My role was first as a Senior Project Manager, and then Programme Manager, managing the company's biggest account in hospitality - Marriott Hotels. This account generated over 70% of the company's revenue under my leadership, with 7 indirect and 3 direct reports. Alongside the management of Marriott Hotels, other important accounts in my portfolio were stationed in the US, Middle East & Asia- both in Hospitality & Tourism. In 2023 my project team and direct reporting line saw the win of a prominent account securing another 5 year contract for 10 Million Dollars.
A key success factor in this role was successful stakeholder management- cross divisionally within Ecolab. A large part of the success of these portfolios was my high performing team- who received ongoing coaching for optimal team performance and individual development. This was achieved by working closely with my HR Director, employing stringent HR policies & guardrails around performance management and coaching for talent development.
